Understanding the Game--
Disclosure regarding the Editor, Chris Temple: On July 21, 2004, Christopher L. Temple appeared in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and was sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 72 months on each of two counts to run concurrently. He previously pled guilty to one count of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1341 and one count of laundering of monetary instruments in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1956 (a)(1)(A)(I), both of which are Class C felonies. On November 25, 2009, Christopher L. Temple was released from the custody of the Bureau of Prisons and is serving a three-year term of supervised release with the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office in the Western District of Wisconsin.
